Goods coming in
A new lot in three steps
At the gate, your staff pick the party, choose the commodity and enter bags and weight. Godaam gives the lot its own number and a printed stock receipt the party can keep.

A gate pass for every truck
Take out a whole lot or part of one, from one lot or several. Godaam shows what will be left before anything is saved, then issues a numbered gate pass.
You approve staff dispatches
The gate pass is issued only after the owner or accountant approves it.
Stock never goes below zero
If another phone took stock from the same lot first, Godaam stops and shows what is really left.
Money
Bill correctly, get paid faster
Each party’s rates are set once: monthly, weekly or daily, plus insurance. Every dispatch then becomes an invoice on your letterhead, with a UPI QR code for the amount due.
Send on WhatsApp
Share the invoice as a PDF, or WhatsApp the party directly, in English or Hindi.
Payments and reports
Cash, UPI, bank or cheque. Every party’s balance stays up to date, and six reports export to Excel.
